A red tag means the person is registered and counted but a field on their record is still missing, which blocks selection eligibility and insurance until it is fixed. If a name does not appear at all, that person is not registered for 2026.

This card confirms registration with the South African Hockey Association for the 2026 season. It carries the member number held on the national register, which is the number used for team entry, representative selection and insurance.

Use Print Card and choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialogue to keep a digital copy, or print it at credit card size on card stock. The layout is designed to print cleanly on its own page with no browser furniture around it.
